By activating the Diagnostics mode either in My REMUC or with REMUC mobile application, you provide workshop personnel access to your device’s status, usage and location data saved in REMUC cloud service. This concerns both current data and past data. Embelin Ltd. logs all diagnostics mode activations and deactivations.

What is Diagnostics mode?

Official REMUC workshops have access to a web tool which allows observing selected REMUC device’s data uploaded to cloud service (status, usage and location information), querying Webasto error codes, check the temperature, voltage and input/output graphs. Access is not possible without owner’s approval. Customer allows monitoring by activating the Diagnostics mode either in mobile app or in My REMUC service. Access stays available as long as it’s allowed.
